This week's updates: better lead qualification, clearer follow-ups, and an agent that keeps getting more capable.
Better-qualified leads
🎯 It understands who it's talking to. It tells a real traveler apart from a supplier, a CV or spam. Plenty of messages that were never going to be a sale used to reach your team and eat up their time. Now those stay out, and what you see in your pipeline are real clients.
🌡️ It scores by quality and urgency. A good lead and an urgent lead aren't the same thing, and mixing them makes you lose the ones you should handle right now. The agent now scores them separately: how good it is and how urgent it is. And you choose the point at which we hand it over, so your team starts with what's worth most.
Follow-ups that don't go cold
🧠 It knows your clients. It remembers who each one is, their preferences and past inquiries, even months later, and keeps them with the same salesperson. So a returning client doesn't have to repeat everything, and the relationship doesn't get lost if someone leaves the team.
🔔 Smarter reminders. It nudges you about each follow-up based on how urgent the case is and how long the client has been quiet. A lot of sales aren't lost over price, they're lost because nobody picked them back up in time, and we wanted that to stop.
A more capable agent
💬 It talks like a person. It replies in the client's language and adapts to the Spanish of each country, with its own expressions and tone. A traveler from Mexico and one from Argentina don't speak the same way, and an agent that sounds local makes the conversation feel natural.
📎 It reads everything. PDF, Excel, Word, audio and images. If a traveler or a supplier sends you an itinerary or a rate sheet as an attachment, it processes it without you having to retype anything.
🌐 It searches the web. When it needs a detail about a destination it doesn't have on file, it looks it up instead of making it up. Answers stay accurate even when the question touches something that wasn't in your catalog.
New
✨ Connect your own AI. You can now plug Trama into your Claude or ChatGPT and ask how your agency, your opportunities or a specific client are doing, without opening the platform. It's what excites us most: your whole operation a message away, from the tool you already use. It's in testing.
That's it for this week. More soon.
