What does it mean for a partner to be verified?

Before a profile is published, someone at Trama reviews it: they confirm who the partner is, what services they offer, and which tourism businesses they worked with before. Only once that's clear does the profile enter the directory and show the badge. There's no automatic shortcut: a profile that didn't go through that review doesn't appear.

What information does the partner see about my business?

The partner works with what they need for a campaign to perform: how your ads are doing and what the people writing to you are asking for. That lets them tune based on real data instead of starting blind. You define the access: you add them to your account when the work starts and remove them when it ends.

How much does hiring a partner cost?

Accepted Answer

You agree the price directly with the partner. They set their own fees, so it varies with the service, the scope, and how long the work runs. Trama doesn't set rates and doesn't charge you for reaching out: browsing the directory and leaving your search costs your business nothing.

Does this work if I'm not a travel agency?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Partners work with travel agencies, wineries, lodges, hotels, and operators. What they have in common is that they understand how a trip or an experience gets sold, which is nothing like selling any other product. If your business lives off tourism, you're in the right place.

I'm a partner. How do I get into the directory?

Accepted Answer

You create your profile, pick your services, and your profile goes through Trama's review before it's published. The terms for being in the directory are worked out with each partner, since not everyone offers the same thing or works at the same volume. Get in touch and we'll go over the specifics.
