What counts as an opportunity
An opportunity is a sales inquiry that your agent qualifies as a potential sale and assigns to a sales rep. Follow-up messages from that same person do not create another opportunity. Inquiries that don't qualify —vendors, press, or spam— do not consume opportunities.

Team WhatsApp numbers
Team members are unlimited on every plan: anyone in your business can use the dashboard, the CRM, and the Trama Agent from the web or the app, at no cost and with no limit.
What your plan counts are the team WhatsApp numbers: the numbers your sales reps link to talk to the Trama Agent —the team's copilot, which lives on Trama's central number— and to receive notices such as assigned leads and reminders. Starter includes 3, Pro 7, and Business unlimited.
Using the Trama Agent from the web or the app doesn't consume any number and is the recommended way to start. Chatting manually with your own customers from a rep's number doesn't count and costs nothing either.
Each additional team WhatsApp number is US$ 19 per month. The WhatsApp messages between the Trama Agent and your team are covered by Trama; they are not part of the Meta charges for your sales channel.
Start for free
You can start without paying: the free plan includes the agent on your site's web Widget and up to 20 opportunities per month. The CRM, the catalog, the Offer Link, and the dashboard are also free.
When you hit the monthly cap, new opportunities aren't lost: they're saved with a preview (name and destination visible, contact hidden) and unlock in full when you move to a paid plan. A free plan is never charged — no overage, no surprises. Upgrading to Starter unlocks everything that was saved.
Additional channels and numbers
A channel is a place where your agent works: WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, or email. Each plan includes channels of your choice (1 on Starter, 3 on Pro, unlimited on Business). The Offer Link and the web Widget are always-free channels and don't count as the included channel.
- Additional channel: US$ 10 per month each (for example, adding Instagram on top of WhatsApp, or a WhatsApp line for another brand).
- Additional team WhatsApp number: US$ 19 per month each (see "Team WhatsApp numbers" above).
- Phone number provided by Trama: if you don't want to go get a number yourself to connect WhatsApp, we provide one for US$ 12 per month. It's available in the main LATAM countries (except Colombia), Spain, Portugal, and Europe.
Overage and plan changes
Service is not interrupted when the limit is exceeded: additional opportunities are billed at the plan rate. You can change plans or cancel without a minimum commitment. Upgrades are applied with the corresponding settlement and downgrades from the next renewal.
Billing
Prices are in US dollars and exclude taxes and applicable Meta WhatsApp charges. Annual subscriptions are billed upfront for the complete period.

What if an opportunity does not become a sale?
It still counts because billing covers handling capacity, not the commercial outcome.
Does pricing include Meta WhatsApp charges?
No. Applicable WhatsApp Business Platform charges are separate from the Trama subscription.
Can I start monthly and switch to annual later?
Yes. The change is processed through the customer portal with the corresponding billing adjustment.
How many people on my team can use Trama?
As many as you want: members are unlimited on every plan and use the dashboard, the CRM, and the Trama Agent via web or app at no cost. What your plan counts are the WhatsApp numbers linked to the Trama Agent (3 on Starter, 7 on Pro, unlimited on Business); each additional one is US$ 19 per month.
